No.106 はその大きさに対して小さな底面のバランスが愛らしい。
コロンと転がらないように、そっと置いてあげましょう。

結城彩の花器は、彼女が作家活動をはじめて以来つくり続けているシグネチャー的な作品です。直径10mmにも満たない小さな口は、花を生けるためにあるのですが、この小さな球体の内の空洞と外の世界をつなげる、愛らしくも凛とした空気の通り道のようにも見えてきま す。
私たちはこの器をひとつのオブジェとして捉えています。なにかを容れるために作られた器がある一方で、 彼女のこの器は「つくりたい」という想いから生まれたかたちなのです。

No.106 has a nice balance of small bottoms compared to the volume.
Let's put it gently so that it will not roll.

Aya Yuki's vase is a signature work that she has been making since she started her career as a writer. A small mouth, less than 10 mm in diameter, is used to grow flowers, but it looks like a lovely and dignified air passage that connects the inner cavity of this small sphere with the outside world.
We regard this vessel as an object. While there are vessels made to hold something, her vessel is born from the desire to make it.
